had infection in nipple , treated and cleared but breast is still hot and nipple very itchy..mammogram and ultrasound are clear?

Mammary duct fistula: It is unusual to have a nipple infection unless you are breast feeding or have a piercing you may have a mammary duct fistula which will most likely recur unless it is taken care of see your doctor and see a breast surgeon.

Possible Paget's : Would make appointment to see a breast surgeon. A biopsy may be needed if you did not respond to full course of antibiotics.

You need to go: back to your doctor to get re-evaluated. There are malignant processes like Paget's disease of the nipple that can mimic an inflammatory process.
