Since dec I've had constipation diarrhea gas bloating small food in stool &foul smelling stools ranging in color&texture. Bacterial or digestive issue?

Optimize diet: Immediately, i'd focus on a good, balanced diet with addition of fibre such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Add some yogurt to your daily diet. Plus, seek medical input. You could be having early signs of inflammatory bowel disease (chron's or ulcerative colitis.) you need some answers , so talk to your doctor. Good luck.
