how do i fix sleep deprivation? i've been sleeping more but all my problems (speech problems, memory loss, migraines) have still been getting worse.

Exercise: Exercise and waking up at the same time every day are great ways to regulate and enrich your sleep cycle. Biofeedback can be effective for migraines and possily sleep.
