what is the risk of exposure if at a clinical setting for stds? they use a reusable finger prick device. they replaced the needle in front of me.

No they do not use: We do not use reusable reusable needle or lancets in usa anywhere, and that too in std clinic, it is not possible i can assure you it can not be true and if is it needs to be reported to health dept of the city and state but once again I do not believe it is happening in usa.
