i had the gastric bypass 2007 and i have a anastomotic ulcer. i 'm taking raniidine 150 and sucralfate 1 mg 3x/day. i in pain and 8yrs is too long?

It's too long: It's likely that you have an underlying cause of the ulcer that needs to be addressed. Cigarette smoking, alcohol, anti inflammatory medications are often the cause, but there are many other possibilities. See your bariatric specialist.
