sore throat, hurts when i swallow.no fever, im taking meds 4 a uti.should i tell my dr, so i can get some penicillin, or should antibiotic for uti help?

Maybe: First of all, this is more likely viral than bacterial so antibiotics may not help. If it is bacterial, then the antibiotics you are taking for the UTI may be adequate for the throat infection, but you need to discuss this with your doctor.
