Scaphoid fracture : A little outside my scope of practice but a fall on outstretched hand carries a high index of suspicion for a bone in the wrist known as the scaphoid. The fracture is often missed and can heal poorly. See your neighborhood hand specialist.

Thumb arthritis: Not sure what the question is here , but could develop post-traumatic arthritis after a fracture, particularly if untreated. You should see an orthopaedic surgeon for an exam and x-rays. Bracing, meds, injections, or potential surgery may be needed.
