Orthopedic problems: Where to start, back, shoulder, knee. Basically you can develop tendonitis anywhere or joint problems in any joint. Probably back problems are the most concerning.

Really injury: You can suffer any number of soft tissues injuries due to improper form and abnormal stress to a muscle, tendon, joint. And poor form and habits can lead to a dropping of weights/etc that can lead to various crush injuries too.
