what could cause green yellow slimy foamy vomit in a 6 year old.?she has a fever of 100.1?

Postnasal drainage: The greenish/yellowish coloration is added by germs that are in the drainage. In an adult you might expect an intestinal blockage & bile in vomit but i've never seen of it in a 6yo.
