Unrelated: Your symptoms may not all be related to each other. Your sore feet can be from bad quality shoes you are wearing or if you stand too much during the day. As for the other symptoms, nasal congestion can give you headaches, it is not a flu, but could be allergies if your eyes itch too. Do you have a pet? See your doctor first to see what the problem is.

Sore throat lozenges: Congrats on your pregnancy! believe it or not, pregnancy and OTC (over the counter) meds are not mutually exclusive -- 9 months is a long time to go without a headache tablet or an allergy medication! many OTC meds are safe in pregnancy but make sure to check with your ob/gyn. For now, many of the names you know -- cepacol, chloraseptic, hall's, and ricola are fine.

Ive heard that adding vitamins a and d to diet during pregnancy may help control skin itchiness and rashes. Is this true? How much should I take?

Be careful: The body does need vitamin a and d in pregnancy. However, vitamin a in high doses can cause cleft lip and palate in the baby. Your prenatal vitamin pill should have enough vitamin a. Many people are low in vitamin d. Your doctor can check your vit d level to see if you should take extra. The amount needed depends on the vitamin d level in your blood.

Ask your specialist: That is a very specific question which can't be answered without a lot of information which we can't share in a forum like this. Seek out an institution and physician team with experience in ocular melanoma. Best wishes!

I'm on vacation in orlando and I seem to have prickly heat rash all over my body. It's very itchy and irritating. I bought gold bond powder but it doesn't seem to be working. What else can I do?

Try over-the-counter: Hydrocortisone cream, but if that doesn't work either, give in and see a doc for diagnosis of what kind of rash: do you need a stronger steroid rash or an anti-fungal? A doc'll have to check out the rash to see.
