Better sleep habits: Try relaxing prior to going to bed. Get a routing habit of relaxation prior to going to bed so your body and mind have time to slow down and adjust.
Make sure you are getting a proper amount of rest each day. 8 hours is the current recommendation.
Avoid caffeine or stimulants prior to sleep. And dont watch tv in bed.
