6-8 glasses of 8 oz : Drink 6-8 glasses of 8oz water each. Now the trend is to "eat" your water. Another wards, eating lots of fruits and veggies that contain high amounts of water may be the way to go because along with getting the water you benefit from the micronutrients, and vitamins and fiber!
