bad cough and sinus problems for two weeks now, coughing hard right side of head hurts for a week now from it, should i be worried?

Seek treatment: You don't need to be worried, but you do need treatment. This probably started out as a viral syndrome, but now after 2 weeks, it has become a bacterial infection. You need an exam by a doctor and need to be placed on antibiotics and other supportive therapy.
