You may have rosacea, more frequent in adults than acne. However, there are other conditions that may be confused with pimples and need more study and treatment. Make an appt with a Dermatologist. In the meantime, buy Selsun shampoo with selenium sulfide and wash your face with just a bit of it daily, put a sunscreen with Zinc oxide every day to all face and avoid sun, caffeine and spicy foods.
