why can't my doctor remove deep fat through liposuction?

Dr. Vishnu Rumalla

No to abdominal fat: Thanks for your inquiry, my guess is what your surgeon meant is that the fat inside the muscles of abdomen (deep omental fat) is not accessible nor is same to extract with liposuction. This "core weight" must be lost through diet, excercise, ot with the help of bariatric surgery. Good luck.
