Non-Palliative?: For doctors, the word palliative has a very special meaning. If what you are asking is for a permanent cure that will permit you to then go forward without any medication afterward, no such treatment exists. Psoriasis can be driven into a long-lasting remission, but there is no permanent drug-free cure.
