See your doctor: It is not normal to have periods twice in one month and may be metrorrhagia. It should be evaluated by your doctor with pelvic exam and an ultrasound of the pelvis.

Yes: Sometimes stress can cause a period to come more, or less often. If it happens more than a month or two in a row, i 'd recommend seeing an ob/gyn to see if there is another reason for this happening.

Maybe: If you mean you are getting your period every 25-28 days (which can occur twice in one month) then i think you're ok. If it's occurring more often than that i would recommend you contact your ob/gyn so they can evaluate you with an ultrasound and some blood work.

Not ovulating: i do not think that you are ovulating. Your ob/gyn can certainly help with that problem.

21-35 days: Normal periods are every 21-35 days not necessarily once a month. If yours are more frequent or less frequent than this then you may want to schedule a visit with an Obgyn to discuss options for cycle regulation

That is not normal: most like a hormone problems, so please see a gyn to check your hormone levels and also for an exam and most likely a pelvic ultrasound to look at the uterus, tubes and ovaries
