Check with your doc: Plavix (clopidogrel) duration after a stent is minimum 1 year by guideline recommendation, but individual cases require longer duration. This could be the case for multiple, or extremely long stented segment, bifurcation stenting (fork in the road), stenting in your left main, or in a previous bypass graft. Check with your cardiologist to see what optimal duration is in your particular case.
