Few things: First, be sure you are not overusing pain meds. His causes analgesic rebound. Next, be sure you have given prophylactic meds a chance, which it sounds like you have. If you know it is migraine for sure, you can try riboflavin 400mg per day. If headache is always on same side and accompanied by eye redness, nasal congestion or droopy eyelid try Indomethacin you may have hemicrania continua.
