Time to see a doctor: You've done most supplements to improve sleep without help. It could be a hormonal imbalance causing insomnia: adrenal, thyroid and ovarian hormone imbal. Can all do it. Also depression, low blood sugar and anxiety can cause insomnia. Perhaps it's time to see a doctor who can help sort this out.
