Up to a year: As a pediatricain, i've watched many babies eye colors over the years, and i tell my parents that eye color changes are very common up to even a year of age. I've seen plenty of kids who are blue-eyed at 6-8 months come back at a year with brown eyes. Once the pigment is there, they will not lighten up again, so if they turn brown, will stay at least that dark.
