I have bumps on both my right and left arm, most of the bumps are more above my elbow. how can i get rid of them?

KP: Kp is typically found on the back of the upper arms and thighs. They look like skin colored or slightly red bumps with small flaky centers. There is no cure, however, am-lactin and lachydrin (lactic acid) are products which can help.

Keratosis pilaris: No cure. Worse in winter. Less obvious as you get older. Related to dry skin. OTC 3% salicylic acid creams are used to make it smoother. Frequent application of moisturizers helps. Sometimes cortisone creams are useful. Do not worry: it is never serious. Most people who have it are not even aware of it.
