I suffer from depression and i would like to try either omega-3 or st. john's wart as an alternative to medications. will this effect my 81mg aspirin?

Bleeding: St. John's wort does not directly affect the same coagulation pathway as aspirin, but can affect your platelets, making them less "sticky." along with fish oil you could experience more bleeding. St. John's wort can be effective for mild-moderate depression. High epa omega-3 oils are helpful in depression, but aren't a stand-alone treatment. Please consider psychotherapy; it can help greatly.
