Smooth man?: If i understand your question correctly, you are not satisfied with your beard and would like a thicker growth and more pubic & body hair. Around 5% of men never get chest hair or beards thick enough to grow well; these men don't go bald. In the usa, many (maybe most) women prefer this. It's genetic and you're unlikely to alter it. Focus on getting muscular and trim.
