Endorphins?: Exercise is great stuff - it releases enorphins, a natural pain killer and also helps reduce stress and anxiety. The latter may contribute to muscle tension and tension headaches. Of course if headaches are recurrent, severe, new or change in character it is very wise to consult with physician to make sure everyting is okay!
