Really scared. liver enzymes are fluctuating. 4oct/5feb/18feb are: bili (10/8/12 umol/l) ast (40/20/98 u/l) alt (77/33/154 u/l) ggt (72/33/47). help?

Get a diagnosis: You're right to be concerned, especially about the transaminases. If they cannot be normalized permanently by stopping alcohol, your physician will work you up for hepatitis b & c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, and autoimmune hepatitis; all are lethal if undetected but fairly easy to manage. You may simply have metabolic syndrome manageable with lifestyle change. Good luck.
