Pores get bigger if they get filled with dead skin cells and sebum. If we keep our pores empty, they will get smaller again over time. There are many ways to clean out our pores and keep them clean, such as exfoliators, Retin-A, facials with pore extraction, microdermabrasions, and lasers / light therapy.
