Sorry it occurred: First, get a nerve pain suppressant med, such as gabapentin, lyrica, cymbalta, or savella (milnacipran). Also, see if nerve is trapped due to scar tissue, and an EMG will help. A medical food, metanx may well assist in stabilization and recovery. See a rehab doctor.
