Many options: Otc dandruff shampoos containing zinc pyrithione, selenium sulfide, salicylic acid, ketoconazole can all help. If they don't help then you will need to see a doctor to get prescription strength shampoos that contain stronger steroids, anti-keratolytics (ie: urea), and higher strength salicylic acid and anti-fungals.
