I m 30 years old, weight 52 kgs, height 5 ft 9 in. I m very under weight. I m not able to gain any weight despite having proper food. Please advise.

Do not worry: Even though your bmi is lower than the normal range, if you are otherwise healthy, do not worry about it and do not try to gain weight, in a few years you will gain weight and look back fondly at this time when you could eat anything and not gain weight.
