See your oncologist: I assume the debulking surgery was due to cancer. Am i right? All patients with history of cancer of the ovaries need to be followed closely by a gynecological oncologist or a medical oncologist. Having pain in your left side is something that your oncologist should know to help you decide what is the cause. Best wishes, ariel.
