Could have been hurt: Directly from the bike seat. If the pain doe snot get better after 6 weeks consult your doctor.

Scrotal support,: Varicocele sometimes cause pain , try scrotal support ( jockey strap ) if it does not releif your pain you may cosider surgery for the varicocele.
