my hands, arm pits and feet constantly sweat, even while i'm sleeping. i have hashimotos and it is controlled. is there anything for the sweating?

Cool off: You might try using fewer blankets or sleep in a cooler room. It is normal for our bodies to drop in temperature while we sleep and sweating is one way the body does this.
