my 15 year old daughter has hypothyroid, works out hard 3 hours for volleyball and doesn't sweat a drop. i don't think i have ever seen her perspire.

Not related: But not sweating is not normal but can happen. If it causes problems she should be seen by a neurologist.

See below: She is still likely perspiring but depending on what part of the country you live in, it may not be obvious such as very dry areas like the southwest, where the sweat comes off so quickly, we can often not notice it. Without perspiration, our bodies would overheat, although we can dissipate some heat through respiration too. So, she is still likely perspiring. Everyone is different.
