Depends: Having a well diversified diet is key but as a young reproductive age woman you should consider vitamin d, multivitamin with Folic Acid and iron, fish oil as the minimum. Using good vitamins is key to. If you feel bad after vitamins or you don't feel a step up, consider other brands.
