Dark undereye circle: This is usually do to inherited prominence of the circulation underneath the eyes. It is exaggerated in appearance by fatigue and age. If a woman you can use cosmetics to help improve the appearance. Get plenty of rest and use bland skin cream to smooth out the skin. In extreme cases, plastic surgery can help with the appearance.
