is it ok to prop up my 10month old baby with a pillow or something at night if she has a cold? will this cause everything to sit in her chest?

It will help: By elevating your baby's head, it allows gravity to minimize the upper airway congestion associated with a cold. The problem is how can you keep your baby propped up? Can she sleep in a car seat?
