Get Rx: Acne this severe always requires a physician's intervention; acne on a man's trunk usually doesn't respond to anything less than a systemic antibiotic, and if it's severe, you may be offered one of the very strong rx's such as Accutane that only a dermatologist can write for. You deserve to be acne-free if that is your wish. Good luck.
