6 months i have had this rash on my leg its very itch and now my skin has turn colors i made appt. to get look at what would cause this?

Regional rash: Consider an insect bite, trauma to that area, medication reaction, contact dermatitis (poison ivy, change in detergent), local infection becoming systemic (red lines up your leg, fever, or malaise - washed out feelings - could suggest) or an autoimmune illness. A clot could also be responsible. You may want to get in early even though it has been 6 months.
