i would like to try being vegetarian. what are some risks i need to consider?

Vegetarian : I am a vegetarian also. If you get regular physicals - ask your physician to watch your b12, vit d, and iron profile. This way you won't treat unnecessarily - I do suggest B12 sublingual tabs once a week regardless. Email me with any questions/advice.
