Committment: There is no such thing as spot fat loss. You need to lose weight in general & a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully & be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.

Eat well, exercise: Eat a low calorie diet and supplement it with a good "toning" exercise regimen. Eventually you should lose wight if the amount of calories burned is greater than the amount of calories ingested, and the toning exercise will help shape your abs as you lose the belly fat. No selective loss: Through generalized weight loss. This is done through exercise and healthy eating. However, you will not selectively lose abdominal fat.
