I think it is due to teeth - lymph glands help the body by holding on to toxic stuff - doing a heavy metal detox and taking modified citrus pectin will help

Glands in Cheeks: There are thousands of minor saliva glands in the cheek lining. They should not be enlarged, unless any one becomes plugged. Go see your dentist or an ENT doctor.
