See Dr., and then...: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (little/no salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

Weight: To lose weight, you need a calorie deficit. You can achieve this calorie deficit by eating less (taking fewer calories from food) and doing more physical activity (burning up more calories) .There are 3,500 calories in 1 lb (0.45 kg) of fat. So cutting down calories by 500 calories each day can result in a 1 lb weight loss in 1week. http://patient.info/health/weight-reduction-how-to-lose-weight

Diet and Exercise: The goal is to burn more calories than you consume. Watch your diet-eliminate junk food and don't over eat. Consider liquids as well-soda, alcohol, etc contains a lot of calories. Exercise multiple times a week. If you find an activity you really enjoy you'll be more likely to engage in that activity. Avoid fad diets that could prevent you from getting adequate nutrition. Make healthy choices!

Weight loss: Its a combination of diet - avoid fried foods, carbohydrates (rice/chips etc..) avoid sweets. Eat high protein (soy), lots of greens (preferably steamed or stir fried), drink water (no pop), stay away from milk. With this must come daily exercise.

All depends: 1) do you take narcotics regularly? Your system will metabolize more rapidly. 2) are you asking how long they will provide effect? Typically 4-6 hours. 3) are you asking how long will it be before you test negative on a urine drug screen? Probably 2-3 days.

Cardio exercise: That wouldn't be the most ideal way to lose weight. In fact, lifting weights generally builds muscle and that can actually add some weight. However, this isn't necessarily bad because you are replacing fat with muscle. I prefer cardio first and if you have extra time you can lift weights. Cardio would be the best way to lose weight in general.

Find new habits: To lose weight you need to increase energy expenditure through exercise or other activities while decreasing food intake. Eliminate empty calories, particularly from soda, alcohol. Try to tie activity to habits you have already. This could include taking the stairs rather than the elevator to your office, or parking further away from where you work or shop. Small changes add up over time.
