Why use 2 meds?: You are on rather low dosing, and one or the other meds alone may do very well if dose is adjusted. Best to keep it simple, so have long discussion with your doctor and pick where efforts need to be focused.

Yes: Be thankful that this combination is so effective for you, especially in such low dosages. Fibromyalgia is generally a life-long disease.
