i have trouble sleeping. at night i get very anxious, heart beats fast, increased breathing irrational thoughts of falling. happens often. why?

Very common: Commonest cause is lousy diet with a lot of empty carbs calories. It results in vitamin b deficiency and that affects the sleep mechanism and will cause dysautonomia. This is explained in a post on my blog "oxygen the spark of life". Scroll back to an older post.
