Keep lifting: Men vary greatly in our ability to bulk ourselves doing resistance workouts, though we can all build a fair amount. A slow-gainer is less prone to heart disease later, and can look great in his own way by developing stunning muscle definition. Try an electronic muscle stimulator to the point of serious pain if your doctor's okay with it. Get some whey protein. Don't try steroids. Good luck.
