i don't understand this at all ....what does this indicate?

It points to iron: Overload, but the numbers are difficult to interpret without knowing why they were ordered (the clinical context). Ferritn can go up as an acute phase reactant, ie inflammation or infection, so one can not overinterpret an isolated value.
