Possibly some relief: White spots on tonsils typically are either food or from strep bacteria - strep throat. See your MD for evaluation and swab as needed. Mouthwash - listerine which kills bacteria - may offer some help temporarily. Hot salt water rinses will also soothe. (1tsp salt / 10-12 oz. water). Get in to be seen and treated and back to comfort. Good Luck.
