if i wish to get omega 3 from fish, it is contained in meat of fish or just fish skin or bones /or fishs liver? i can't digest fish oil capsule well

Her were the omega 3: Could be found, pasture-raised meats. As with meat and dairy foods, eggs are enriched by adding types of feed that are high in omega-3 fatty acids to the hen's diet. Edamame is a notable exception. Edamame are green soybeans wild rice. Walnuts canola oil. Flax can be purchased in seed form and in oil form. Beans fish live in cold water. Good luck.
