Hopefully wax: Wax can occlude your ear canal leading to fullness and hearing loss. It also could be fluid in your middle ear space or other possibilities. Best to start with your primary care doctor or see an ENT for evaluation.

Left ear problem: You most likely have a problem with your left ear only. You need to see an ENT doctor for a hearing evaluation and to have an expert look in your ear.

Hearing test: I suspect you have tinnitis. This can be from fluid behind the ear, hearing loss, ear infection, eustachain tube dysfunction. See your doctor to distinguish the cause because that will determine if there is a treatment.

See below: This could be coming from your jaw joint eing out of alignment. Did anything happen in the last ten days that changed things regarding your jaw? Try moving your jaw side to side and open and close your mouth thast might loosen the muscles and remove the sound your having. You should also go to an ENT specialist just to check your ears.
